Store Cartenders

Brew Thru Cartenders are the heart and soul of our business. The number one job responsibility of cartenders is to create that WOW experience for our customers that keeps them coming back. Brew Thru strives to employ people that are friendly and enthusiastic with upbeat attitudes. We focus on FUN at Brew Thru and know that happy employees make for happy customers.

Many of our Cartenders are college students that want to live at the beach for the summer. As a cartender, you’ll handle many retail tasks with your fellow cartenders while having a fun. You’ll meet all kinds of interesting people and make connections that can last a lifetime — there will never be a dull moment in your day! All you need is a passion for people and a great personality… we will teach you the rest!

At Brew Thru we sell a variety of beer, wine, snacks and soft drinks as well as our own Brew Thru collector’s items from apparel to glassware. Many of our cartenders have special interests in beer and wine, so we put that talent to use. We invest a lot of time into training our employees on styles of beer and types of wine. However, our most profitable items are our Brew Thru T-shirts. We sell over 100,000 T-shirts a summer- therefore, it is important that we hire employees that enjoy retail and the challenge of upselling, while providing superior customer service.

All of our stores accept applications in person each and every day for Cartender positions. Generally, each location hires 4-6 cartenders for the season (May-September.)
