• Roanoke Island Festival Park is a 25 acre island just off downtown Manteo.  This venue is unmatched in its scenic beauty, however parking on the island is limited.  There are only 225 spaces that are reserved for VIP Parking, handicap, vendors and band members.  
    • All non-VIP concert attendee parking will be located at Manteo Elementary School and Manteo High School.  A FREE shuttle service will be provided from the school lots and will run every 15 minutes starting at 4:00 pm for your convenience. Signs throughout town will direct you to the various parking lot locations. Shuttled passengers will be dropped off in the downtown. Manteo at the foot of the Festival Park Bridge, just a 5 minute walk to the gate.
    • VIP Parking at Festival Park – parking tickets are available for purchase at all 6 Brew Thru locations or in the ticketing section of our website. If there are any remaining parking tickets available the day of the event a parking attendant will have the available for purchase as a $20 cash-only fee.  Vehicles found in the Festival Park lot without a VIP parking pass will be towed at owner’s expense.
    • Festival Park is lawn seating only so come early to find your spot and feel free to bring low-back chairs that sit close to the ground and/or blankets.
    • There are two ticketing options: Priority Admission or General Admission (Children 7 and under are FREE). Priority Admission ticket holders gain access to the lawn seating area at 5pm which is 30 minutes prior to General Admission guests. Priority Admission ticket holders will not be permitted to save space for other guests and only one chair per guest is allowed.
    • Tents, umbrellas, high-back chairs and coolers are NOT permitted.
    • No outside food or beverages are permitted. Local vendors Big Daddy’s, Black Pelican Lone Cedar and Mulligans will have a variety of food including some gluten and vegetarian options as well as Non-Alcoholic beverages available. There will also be beer and wine sold on premises.
    • No pets are permitted at Festival Park.
